This was my first visit with Dr. Steinberg (after being a patient of Dr. Kampschroeder's years ago, before moving overseas), and I was worried that no one would be able to follow in Dr. K's footsteps. Boy was I mistaken! Dr. Steinberg was great - she was very friendly, took her time with me, explained everything in detail, answered all of my questions, and gave me a much less doomsday-ish assessment of an issue I had been having for a few months. It was one of the more pleasant and reassuring medical appointments I have had in my life. And the tech who assisted me in finding a pair of glasses was equally helpful, patient, and friendly. It was a great experience at Naper Grove Vision Care, and I highly recommend Dr. Steinberg!

I had a great experience at Naper Grove Vision Care! I saw Dr. Rina Sheth. She was so friendly and nice and really listened to me. She took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and made sure I knew what to do to take care of eyes. She also double checked that I was getting the correct prescription! The staff was really great as well! Both the front desk and the assistants helping me with the pre testing and ordering of my contacts and lenses. I will be coming back again for sure!

Dr. Giancola and the entire staff are amazing. Dr. Giancola is kind, thorough, and very knowledgeable - I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs to see an eye doctor. The staff, especially Mary, are also incredible! Mary helped my husband and I choose a new pair of glasses, there are so many frames to choose from - I hate to think about what we would have chosen without her help! The office is clean and modern, what else could you ask for?! I really can't say enough about this group, thank you all!

They fit me in for an emergency even as a new patient. The antibiotic knocked it right out providing me relief within 24 hours. The doctor was accurate, nice, fast - but not to fast, and I'll be moving to him for all future appointments

Just moved to Illinois and ended up here to get my eyes checked and had a lovely time! Didn't have to wait too long for my appointment, everyone was nice and friendly. Overall, had a good experience!

He possesses an answer for every question, thanks to his extensive knowledge and expertise in the latest equipment and technology. As someone who leads an active lifestyle, I require sharp and precise vision, and Dr. Kampschroader delivers every time. The staff I interacted with were knowledgeable, supportive, and compassionate. I was impressed by the level of professionalism and expertise displayed throughout my visit. The enthusiasm and interest of everyone I met were genuine and infectious. It's clear that this is a positive and affirming work environment that values each person's contribution.

Appointments are right on time, and as a walk-in, help has been available within a few minutes. Staff if helpful and pleasant. Great experience, and highly recommend.

I was seeing a green spot in my eye. I called Naper Grove. They saw me right away. Dr Robbs was great. He diagnosed me and sent me to a great opthalmologist for follow up.
